All Swiss Trend AI indicators at a glance — the free ones and the ones still to come. Each answers one question, clearly and without promises.

Swiss Trend State answers one question, in plain words, in the corner of your chart: what is this market doing right now? No entries, no exits, no arrows — a calm reading of the current state, so you can make your own decision with a clear head.

What you see

  • A three-row table — Trend, State and Momentum. The State row is the most important: it sums the other two up in one phrase.
  • A trend band on the chart (area + line) — the central directional reference. Choose between a smooth trend curve or a classic ratcheting band.
  • A trend flow line — the smoothed momentum layer behind the State row.

The states

The State row knows seven conditions: Uptrend · Downtrend · Uptrend weakening · Downtrend weakening · Counter-move in progress · Caution (trend change possible) · Unclear. Two honest notes, because this tool is measured, not promised:

  • On scalp charts (up to 5 minutes) there are five states — Counter-move needs the band as a phase reference, which scalp mode deliberately does not use.
  • Unclear is a guard state for unreadable data, not an everyday answer. In a measurement across 25,209 candles on four liquid markets (5m to 4h), it did not appear once.

How it works

The tool adapts automatically to your chart timeframe — one setting behaves consistently everywhere, no re-tuning per timeframe. The State row combines four independent layers: the trend band's direction, the short-term trend, recent structure breaks, and momentum. Only when layers disagree does the state move to a warning — that is why it reads calm instead of nervous.

What it deliberately does not do

No buy or sell recommendations. No alerts. No predictions, no targets, no performance claims. It describes the present state — which can change with the next candle.

Languages and display

Chart texts switch between English and German. Three fixed, readability-tested colour schemes (two dark, one light).

Who is it for?

Timeframes from 5 minutes to the daily chart. The tool switches itself: scalp up to 5 minutes, intraday up to 2 hours, swing above that. You change the timeframe, it adapts. It was measured from 5 minutes to 4 hours.

Markets anywhere the price data is clean. Measured on four liquid instruments from three asset classes: BTCUSDT.P, ETHUSDT, AAPL and SPX. On very thinly traded or exotic symbols the data itself can limit the reading.

Style for traders who want to decide for themselves and need a calm overview to do it. Readable for beginners, because the state is spelled out in words. Useful for experienced traders, because it does not clutter the chart.

Not the right tool if you are looking for:

  • something that tells you when to enter and exit
  • alerts that notify you — Swiss Trend State deliberately has none
  • a strategy with a win rate or a return figure

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to change anything when I switch timeframes?
No. The tool reads the chart timeframe and switches itself to scalp, intraday or swing. There is no setting for it, and one configuration behaves the same way on every timeframe.
Trend points up, State points down. Is it broken?
No. The Trend row describes the direction of your chart. The State row looks ahead as soon as the trend flow runs against the prevailing direction — it then points to where the move could be heading. When the two disagree, read the words first, not the arrows: the words say which case you are in.
When does "Unclear" appear?
Almost never. "Unclear" is a guard state for when no reading can be established — for example with gappy price data or exotic symbols. In the measurement across 25,209 candles on four liquid markets (5 minutes to 4 hours) it did not appear once. If you see it persistently, the data is the likely cause, not the market. Check the symbol and the data feed first.
Why is there no trend band on my 5-minute chart?
In scalp mode and from the weekly chart upwards the band is not drawn. It keeps computing unchanged in both cases and feeds the State row — only the drawing is omitted. On very short timeframes the band would hide more than it explains; on very long ones it says too little.
Are the chart texts available in German?
Yes. English and German are switchable in the settings. English is the default, because it is the TradingView standard.
Can I change individual colours?
No — you choose between three finished schemes: two dark, one light. One of them is built for red-green colour vision deficiency. This is deliberate: it keeps the picture readable on any chart background instead of unreadable in a self-mixed palette.
Which settings change what the table says?
Exactly two: Reactivity and Smoothing. All the others only decide what you see — table on or off, position, size, which rows, which lines, which colour scheme. Leave those two untouched and you get the behaviour that was measured.
Are there alerts?
No, and that is a decision, not a gap. Swiss Trend State is a state readout you look at, not an alarm clock.
What does it cost, and how do I get access?
It is free. Leave a comment under the script on TradingView or send a private message — access is usually granted within 48 hours, with no conditions attached.

25,209 candles to date · 4 markets · 3 timeframes · AI-verified

It has a name. We are not telling yet. Just this much: it reverses the direction of view. It's not you watching the market — the market reports to you. It is being built to the same standard as Swiss Trend State: measure first, release second.

Who is it for?

For everyone who cannot sit in front of the chart all day — and still wants to notice when something changes. That is all we are saying for now.

Frequently asked questions:

Does it replace Swiss Trend State?
No. It does something different. Swiss Trend State stays free and stays what it is.
When does it arrive, and what will it cost?
Neither is decided. We do not name a date we cannot keep, or a price that is still moving.
How do I find out the name?
Through the waiting list. Whoever is on it hears it before anyone else.

CME Gaps for BTC Chart

The price gaps of the CME Bitcoin futures market, drawn automatically onto your crypto chart — including whether a gap was closed fully or only partly, a volatility filter, and its own alerts for opening and closing.

Gaps often close — but that is a tendency, not a rule. The indicator gives no direction.

Who for: For anyone trading Bitcoin who wants to know where the futures market left a gap.

04Open source · free

Smart Liquidity Map — Institutional MTF

Shows across three fixed timeframes (1 hour, 4 hours, daily) where stops cluster: marked zones for the buy and sell side, the areas where several levels overlap, and the price area with the most volume.

Marks areas — no direction, no entry.

View on TradingView

Who for: For anyone who wants to see where stops are stacking up before entering.

05Open source · free

RSI Hunter — Watchlist V1

Watches up to 36 symbols of your choice at once and sorts them into a table: what is currently overbought, what is oversold. Optionally with divergence detection and alerts.

An extreme RSI is not a reversal. The table answers what is stretched right now — not what is about to turn.

Who for: For anyone watching many symbols at once instead of clicking through them one by one.

Wickless Candles

Marks candles without wicks across several timeframes — price areas the market ran through without resistance. The lines carry their timeframe as a label and disappear once price touches them.

One-sided order flow describes what happened — not what follows. Many of these levels are crossed without any reaction.

View on TradingView

Who for: For anyone who wants the price ranges marked that the market ran through without resistance.

Questions about the open-source tools

What does "open source" mean here?
The complete code is visible on TradingView. You can read what the tool calculates instead of having to take our word for it.
Were these measured candle by candle as well?
No. The measurement across 25,209 candles covers Swiss Trend State and the second tool. These four are earlier work from the same hand — openly readable, but without that verification pass. We would rather say so than leave it open.
Are they available in German?
No, the chart texts are English. The German/English switch exists in the access-based tools.
Will they be developed further?
They stay available. We do not promise new versions — the work goes into the current tools.
Do I need a paid TradingView account?
No. A free account is enough; TradingView does limit how many indicators can be active at once on that plan.
