The German version is legally binding. This English translation is provided for convenience.

1. No financial services or advisory offering

The trading indicators, algorithms, analyses, documentation and other content provided by Swiss Trend AI (the “provider”) serve exclusively informational, educational and demonstration purposes. At no time do they constitute investment advice, financial analysis, an investment recommendation, or a solicitation or offer to buy or sell financial instruments (such as equities, currencies/forex, cryptocurrencies, CFDs, options or futures) within the meaning of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA).

The software generates indications based on historical mathematical models and algorithms. These are not forecasts of future market developments and must not be understood as instructions to act.

2. High risk of loss (risk warning)

Trading financial instruments, in particular margin trading (leveraged products) and trading volatile assets such as cryptocurrencies, carries an extremely high risk of loss. It is possible to lose all of the capital employed or — depending on the product — even amounts exceeding it (obligation to make additional contributions).

Users should only employ capital whose total loss they can easily afford financially. Before participating in the financial markets, you should carefully review your financial situation, your experience and your risk tolerance and, where appropriate, obtain independent, qualified financial advice.

3. No guarantee of future results (past performance)

Historical results, backtests or hypothetical performance presentations shown on this website or within the software serve illustrative purposes only. Past price gains or successes are not a reliable indicator and no guarantee of future results. The market is unpredictable, and past performance cannot be transferred one-to-one to the future.

4. Full limitation of liability

The use of the indicators and the implementation of the generated outputs take place entirely and exclusively at the user's own risk and responsibility.

The provider accepts no liability whatsoever for direct or indirect damages, financial losses, lost profits or other disadvantages arising from the use or non-use of the software, from erroneous outputs, delays, programming errors, system failures or incomplete information. The software is made available “as is” and without any express or implied warranty.

5. Own responsibility on TradingView and third-party platforms

The indicator is provided via the TradingView platform (invite-only script). The provider has no influence over the technical availability, updates, interface changes or possible server outages of TradingView. Any liability of the provider is excluded for damages or trading delays caused by technical malfunctions of the TradingView platform or of your broker.
